1. Introduction

Etherly (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the esim.etherly.one website and eSIM service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our eSIM service.

2. Minimal Data Collection

We are committed to collecting the minimum amount of data necessary to provide eSIM services:

  • Account identifier: A hashed version of your seed phrase (SHA-256). We never see or store your seed phrase itself.
  • Nickname: A display name you choose during registration.
  • eSIM data: ICCID numbers and order status for your purchased eSIMs.
  • Payment data: On-chain transaction hashes for payment verification only.

3. No Personal Identification Required

Registration does not require an email address, phone number, passport, or any personally identifiable information. Your account is created using a cryptographic seed phrase that only you possess. Unlike traditional eSIM providers, we do not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

4. eSIM Usage Data

We do not monitor, log, or store:

  • Your browsing history or visited websites
  • DNS queries made through the eSIM connection
  • Content of your internet traffic
  • Your real-time location data

Data usage statistics (total consumed data) may be provided by our eSIM infrastructure partner for service management purposes only.

5. Payment Information

All payments are processed on-chain via cryptocurrency. We verify transactions by checking the public blockchain. We do not use third-party payment processors and do not have access to your wallet credentials.

6. Third-Party eSIM Infrastructure

eSIM profiles are provisioned through our infrastructure partner (eSIMGo). The partner receives only the minimum technical information required to activate an eSIM profile. No personally identifiable information is shared with the partner.

7. Data Retention

Account data and eSIM order records are retained for the duration of your account. You may request account deletion by contacting us at noreply@etherly.one.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
